Buyers resident abroad
In Switzerland, the acquisition of real estate by persons abroad is governed by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (known as the «Lex Koller»). Holiday homes can only be acquired in certain places and within cantonal quotas.
We check the requirements for each property before the first viewing, together with the notaries of the region.
